Jades Cauldron and Goddess Yoga come together to bring you:
‘The Goddess Yoga Wheel of the Year’
Through out the year you will attend workshops near to the sabbats of the wheel of the year, giving you a basis from which to start your journeys. These workshops aim to connect you as women to the goddess through yoga, meditation, pranayama, chanting and ritual. Each class will have a theme associated with the sabbat, be it seasonal , working on the wheel of the year, or focusing on a specific chakra and the related Goddess, or focusing on an aspect of the Goddess we wish to connect with.
This is a chance for you to become attuned to nature, following the ancient yogic practices and the seasonal cycles of our ancestors. You will work in a group, but also have the individual tutoring from Jade of Jades cauldron and Emma Turnbull who runs GoddessYoga. One of the first Goddess Yoga companies to be set up in the UK, and who appeared at the Goddess Conference this year in Glastonbury.
Each special day is held in sacred space, honouring the Goddess and also our own divine spark of the Goddess within each of us.
These workshops are not only aimed at strengthening our connection to the goddess but also in empowering ourselves as women, the classes aim to give each women tools to take away with them so that what they learn can be used in their daily lives to continue to empower them and their connection to the goddess in their own way in their own homes.
You will learn how to balance your lives, spiritually mentally and physically, learn aspects of the goddess from different cultures, and see just how the maiden mother and crone aspects of the goddess fit into your lives to help you along your journey.
The workshops will be held at on the beautiful grounds of the Retreat Farm in Little Baddow, giving us the opportunity to work outdoors if the weather permits. http://www.retreatfarm.co.uk/ see the website for further details of venue.
